HP Envy
The highlight of the HP Envy 13 is its design, which is significantly different from all the previous HP notebooks. It is really stylish and slim, with dimensions of 12.6 x 8.5 x 0.8 inches and comparatively light weight at just 3.8 pounds. The body is composed of aluminium and magnesium alloy and the build quality is superb. The design is clean and minimal and reminds you of the Macbook Pro. The chassis is very sturdy and there is little to no flex on the display lid.

However, opening up the HP Envy 13 is a complicated task, so upgrading
the RAM or HDD will need some experience with laptop hardware and a lot
of patience. Overall, it is one of the best designs I've seen in Windows
based laptops. It should provide a decent alternative to the Macbook
Pro.
Samsung Galaxy Ace
If looks on its design, Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 is surely an Android cell phone that brings iPhone flavor on it. The design is very similar with Apple iPhone elegant design. The different is only that Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 cell phone’s main button is in box shape when Apple iPhone’s main button is in circle shape. Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 mobile phone is claimed as Galaxy Spica cell phone successor. The performance is supported by ARM 11 800 Mhz processor, Adreno 200 GPU, and Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset.

Luxpro
The financial troubles for Apple just don't seem to end. Luxpro – the Taiwanese manufacturer known for its MP3 player that closely resembled the iPod shuffle – has emerged victorious in the lawsuit filed by Apple, and is planning a countersuit for lost sales. Originally hitting the scene with a supposed publicity stunt called the Super Shuffle, Luxpro then returned with a slightly modified version called the Super Tangent. With little variation between the two, Apple called foul and had an injunction placed on the Taiwanese company, banning the manufacturing and sale of its MP3 player. Well, after more than a year rumbling in the courtroom, Luxpro has come out on top, with the Shihlin District court claiming the two devices were "significantly dissimilar." With one win in the bag, Luxpro plans to countersue Jobs and Co. to the tune of $100M for the sales it lost due to the injunction. While this victory may send ripples through the copycat market, we doubt it will stop Apple from sending out the hounds lawyers again on other companies in the future.

Phillips TV
Philips has reportedly put together an answer to the Apple TV, and just about all we have so far are these pictures snagged at Computex 2007 in Taiwan showing a nondescript brushed aluminum box that looks like a cross between the Apple TV and a piggy bank with a coin slot up front.
Just like Apple TV, it streams audio and video from a network drive, but this one does it wirelessly, and unfortunately we're hearing its hard drive is a meager 40GB. Take a look at the ass-end of this sucker after the jump.

Philips wasn't showing the interface of this upcoming Apple TV clone yet, nor was it revealing much more, but with that relatively puny 40GB hard drive, it's certainly not HDTV-friendly yet, and already has some catching up to do.
Also, there's something fishy about this picture: notice where the logo would normally be, it looks like the Photoshop clone tool may have been used. Hmm. As soon as we find out more about this intriguing mystery, you'll be the first to know
